2008 Annual Parish Meeting

UPTON WARREN PARISH COUNCIL.

Upton Warren Parish Annual Meeting held at the Sailing Centre on Wednesday 19^th March 2008 at 7.00pm.

1.         Apologies.    Councillor J. Cartwright.  County Councillor Broomfield.

2.         Housing Needs Survey.    A presentation by Mr Nigel Potter - Housing Needs Enabler attracted a large contingent of residents.  The Issue prompted a lively debate following which residents registered their strong opposition by a show of hands.  The Council agreed to take residents opinion into consideration when the matter was discussed at the Council Meeting which followed.

Chairman's Report.    The Chairman delivered his report for the year and reminded residents of the Litter Pick planned for 28^th June 2008.

The Meeting closed at 8.20pm.
