Annual General Meeting of Upton Warren Parish Council on Wednesday 27^th May 2009 at 7.15pm.

PRESENT.

Councillors T. Daly, C. Scott, J. Cartwright, C. Poole, Mrs. A. Haywood.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN.

It was proposed by Councillor Haywood and seconded by Councillor Poole that Councillor Colin Scott be appointed Chairman to the year 27^th May 2010.  Carried.

APPOINTMENT OF VICE-CHAIRMAN.

It was proposed by Councillor Haywood and seconded by Councillor Cartwright that Councillor Charles Poole be appointed Vice-Chairman to the year 27^th May 2010.

Carried.

APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL INTERNAL AUDITOR.

It was proposed by Councillor Poole and seconded by Councillor Scott that Councillor Cartwright be appointed Council Internal Auditor for the year to 27^th May 2010.

APPOINTMENT OF R.F.O. (Responsible Financial Officer).

It was proposed by Councillor Poole and seconded by Councillor Daly that the Clerk (Mrs. G. Pinfield) be appointed R.F.O. for the year to 27^th May 2010.

The Annual Parish Meeting followed at 7.30pm.
