APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN TO THE YEAR 2012.

It was proposed by Councillor Poole and seconded by Councillor Daly that Councillor C. Scott be appointed Chairman for the year to 23^rd May 2012.

APPOINTMENT OF VICE CHAIR.

It was proposed by Councillor Scott and seconded by Councillor Dunkley that Councillor Poole be appointed Vice Chairman for the year to 23^rd May 2012.

APPOINTMENT OF INTERNAL COUNCIL AUDITOR.

It was agreed that Councillor Scott be appointed Council Internal Auditor for the year to 23^rd May 2012.

APPOINTMENT OF RFO RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL OFFICER.

It was agreed that the Clerk should continue in the role as RFO to the Council for the year to 23^rd May 2012.
