The Annual General Meeting of Upton Warren Parish Council held on Monday 19^th May 2008 at 7.30pm.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN.   It was proposed by Councillor Haywood and seconded by Councillor Scott that Councillor Daly be appointed Chairman for the year to 19^th May 2009.

APPOINTMENT OF VICE-CHAIRMAN.   It was proposed by Councillor Daly and seconded by Councillor Haywood that Councillor Scott be appointed Vice-Chairman for the year to 19^th May 2009.

APPOINTMENT OF INTERNAL AUDITOR.   It was proposed by Councillor Haywood and seconded by Councillor Scott that Councillor Daly be appointed Internal Auditor for the year to 19^th May 2009.

APPOINTMENT OF R.F.O. (Responsible Financial Officer).   It was proposed by Councillor Scott and seconded by Councillor Daly that the Clerk be appointed R.F.O. for the year to 19^th May 2009.
