Held on Wednesday 15th September 2010 at 7.30pm.

Litter Pick requested, arranged for Saturday 9th October, assemble Swan Inn car park 10.30a.m.
VILLAGE SURVEY.
Village category revised from 2 to 3.
MINUTES.
The Minutes of the Meeting held on Wednesday 12th May 2010 were approved by the Council and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
PROGRESS REPORT.
BUS SHELTER. Quotation to be obtained.
SWAN INN. The Parish Council to consider maintaining the boundary area adjacent to the car park, an approach be made to the brewery.
DOG FOULING BIN. Repaired.
FINANCE.
Annual Return and External Audit approved.
Request from Parochial Church Council for a grant towards the upkeep of the church yard.
It was proposed by Councillor Haywood and seconded by Councillor Cartwright that £100 be donated.
ACCOUNTS FOR PAYMENT.
Cheques were drawn in favour of:-
David Miles Gardening Services £338. 00 (Lengthsman) (July-August). Clement Keys £141. 00 (External Audit). Worcestershire County Council £10. 00 (Room Hire). Parochial Church Council £100. 00 (Donation).
Proposed by Councillor Poole, seconded by Councillor Haywood.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS.
Land off Rectory Lane – Change of use of land to equestrian and erection of stable block. No objection to change of use but concerns about height of building.
“Greenfields”, Worcester Road – Two advertising boards. Council unhappy with retrospective application, boards large and not in keeping with surroundings.
MATTERS FOR ACTION.
Grit Bins – Awaiting confirmation from County Council.
COUNCILLORS COMMITMENT TO MEETINGS.
If the Council was to continue in its present form 100% commitment was required from Councillors. It was agreed to meet quarterly with additional Meetings if so required.
COUNTY COUNCILLORS REPORT.
County Councillor Broomfield expressed his concern to the proposed huge incinerator planned for Hartlebury, he urged the Council to lodge their objections with the County Planning Officer and support the local campaign.
DISTRICT COUNCILLORS REPORT.
“Bywater Farm” – Wychavon Meeting 16th September 2010. Recommend refusal, breach of enforcement, Court Action proposed.
Worcestershire County Council to take over control of concessionary fares from Wychavon.
Remind land owners to cut boundary hedges.
PARISH MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION.
LAND A38 (CAR BOOT). The landowner had given an undertaking to erect a gate at access to land.
TELEPHONE KIOSK – COOKSEY GREEN. The Lengthsman to deal with the overgrowth around the kiosk.
The next Meeting 24th November 2010.
There being No Further Matters for Discussion the Chairman closed the Meeting at 8.45pm.
