Held on Wednesday 16th March 2011 at 7.30pm.

DECLARATION OF INTEREST.
Public Comments
ACTIVITY A38/RECTORY FARM.
Several residents were present to express concern regarding alleged breach of planning regulations at land on A38 and Rectory Farm.
The impending Horse Fair, creation of a grand-stand structure to view model car racing, removal of hedgerow. Wychavon District Council to investigate and clarify regulations.
MINUTES.
The Minutes of the Meeting held on Wednesday 24th November 2010 were approved by the Council and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
PROGRESS REPORT.
SWAN INN – BOUNDARY Appearance.
Permission granted by the Brewery for the Parish Council to improve the unsightly appearance of land adjacent to the Swan Inn car park. Quotations to be obtained, if favourable, it was agreed to proceed.
BUS SHELTER.
Nothing further.
FINANCE.
ACCOUNTS FOR PAYMENT.
Cheques were drawn in favour of:-
David Miles Gardening Services (Lengthsman) £338.00 (Jan-Feb).
Worcestershire County Council (Room Hire) £10.00.
Mrs. G. Pinfield (Salary half year) £700.00, expenses £107.46.
Proposed by Councillor Mrs Haywood, seconded by Councillor Scott.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS.
Bywater Farm
Informed consultation, decision expected shortly.
Devon House, Worcester Road.
Various signs for hand car wash. No objection
MATTERS FOR ACTION.
Future Chairmanship.
Councillor Mrs. Haywood recommended that if the present Chairman was agreeable he should continue in the role. Agreed.
WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL – PARISH PATHS SURVEY.
Councillor Scott confirmed he had completed part of the survey.
CORRESPONDENCE.
Information from Peter Luff MP concerning the Localism Bill soon to begin its Parliamentary process.
Worcestershire County Council Transport Consultation.
DISTRICT COUNCILLOR REPORT.
In view of the cuts in public spending Wychavon were doing their utmost to keep front line services operating.
County Councillors Report.
0% INCREASE IN Council Tax. Cost cutting measures would affect everyone.
PARISH MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION.
The overhanging conifer trees at a property in Swan Lane was an item of grave concern.
There being No Further Business for Discussion the Chairman closed the Meeting at 8.50pm.
