MINUTES.
The Minutes of the Meeting held on Wednesday 15th September 2010 were approved by the Council and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
PROGRESS REPORT.
SWAN INN – PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO BOUNDARY LAND.
Awaiting go ahead from brewery.
BUS SHELTER.
Nothing further.
FINANCE.
PRECEPT REQUIREMENTS 2011/12.
The Council reviewed the budget for the coming year and agreed on 0% increase, therefore the precept for 2011/12 to remain at £2,750. 00.
Proposed by Councillor Mrs Haywood and seconded by Councillor Poole.
ACCOUNTS FOR PAYMENT.
Cheques were drawn in favour of:-
Worcestershire County Council £10.00 (Room Hire).
David Miles Gardening Services £338.00 (Lengthsman) (Sept-Oct).

MATTERS FOR ACTION.
GRIT BINS.
Due to high demand the requested grit bins were delayed.
WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL – PARISH PATHS SURVEY.
Councillor Scott volunteered.
CORRESPONDENCE.
Councillor D. Prodger – Cabinet Member for Transport provided legal guidelines on snow clearance.
DISTRICT COUNCILLOR REPORT.
Cost cutting measures by Wychavon, the Wychavon Shop to share Library premises.
Regional Spatial Strategy may be abolished.
Bywater Farm – Court date awaited.
The promised gates at the access to land on A38 were overdue.
PARISH MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION.
Councillor Haywood took the view that since Council Meetings were reduced in number it would be practical for the Chairmanship to run longer than 12 months. Agenda next Meeting.
Protruding tree stump at Berry Lane (Matthews Acre) required attention from the Lengthsman.
There being No Further Business for Discussion the Chairman closed the Meeting at 8.35pm.
